AMC has released the first episode of the new 16-part web series titled 'Passage'.
AMC is once again filling in the gap between "Fear the Walking Dead" seasons with a miniseries. Following the second season finale on October 3, a new web series titled "Passage" has been released with the first episode now available on the network's official website.
A new episode of the 16-part miniseries will be released each week. The synopsis for "Passage" reads, "A fearsome survivor agrees to help an injured woman in exchange for an apocalyptic sanctuary. A new installment of the 16-part series is available every week on amc.com, the AMC mobile apps, and on-air during premiere episodes of 'The Walking Dead'."
Previously, a character from web series "Flight 462", which was released after the first season of "Fear the Walking Dead", appeared in the beginning of season 2. It's unknown how "Passage" will tie in with the upcoming season 3.
Fans of the hit zombie-themed series franchise are currently waiting for the seventh season premiere of "The Walking Dead" on October 23.
