The 'Saturday Night Live' member pays tribute to the late Leonard Cohen and shares message of hope after Donald Trump's win.
Kate McKinnon was back as Hillary Clinton on the post-election night on "Saturday Night Live". She sat behind the piano and covered the classic hit "Hallelujah" by Leonard Cohen who passed away this week. "I'm not giving up, and neither should you," she said after her performance.
McKinnon's Clinton usually sparred with Alec Baldwin's Donald Trump in the previous weeks leading up to the November 8 election, but Baldwin was a no-show over the weekend following the Republican candidate's victory. Trump previously accused "SNL" of "hit job" for constantly dissing him.
The post-election night was hosted by Dave Chappelle. Meanwhile, A Tribe Called Quest took the stage to perform two songs "We the People" and "The Space Program" from their new studio album "We Got It From Here ... Thank You 4 Your Service".
