A new photo taken on the Vancouver set of The CW's series possibly contains major spoiler about the death of a protagonist character.
Is "The Flash" going to lose one of its protagonists? New set photos taken on the set in Vancouver show Grant Gustin's titular character encountering a bad guy and one of Barry Allen's friends could be a casualty during the showdown.
During the filming in Victory Square last week, a man in a mo-cap suit, who is believed to be playing the season's big bad Savitar, was seen with Candice Patton, who plays Iris West, and Gustin, who portrays the Scarlet Speedster.
[SPOILER ALERT!] In one of the photos obtained by Hollywood North Buzz, Iris falls and The Flash runs to catch her. She appears to be unconscious or lifeless, though we hope that she just passes out.

Executive producer Todd Helbing recently told IGN how Savitar would be different from other primary villains, particularly those who also use speed force. "Savitar is more of a psychological villain in a weird way," he said. "I think the Hindu word for Savitar means God of Speed; he's all about speed. Everything about this guy is different. I can't go into super detail, but he's not like Zoom or Reverse Flash."
"The Flash" airs Tuesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
