"Teen Mom OG" star Catelynn Lowell is going back to treatment, just over two weeks after leaving. The mother of two revealed on Twitter on Wednesday, January 17 that she seeks additional help for her struggle with suicidal thoughts, saying "third times a charm."

"Well they say third times a charm... I'm going back to treatment people for 6 weeks to work on my trauma and getting on different meds. THANK YOU @TylerBaltierra I LOVE YOU SO MUCH!!!!! You are my light!! And nova you are my sunshine #KeepTalkingMH," so she wrote.

When a follower asked her what "trauma" she was referring to, Catelynn responded, "My childhood trauma!!!"

Catelynn entered a six-week treatment program in November 2017 after having suicidal thoughts. "Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I'm going to treatment #makeChesterProud @TalindaB #KeepTalkingMH #thiswontlast," she tweeted. Catelynn also posted a picture of a tattoo, which said, "My story isn't over yet."

Opening up about her issue, Catelynn told Us Weekly, "I'm taking the time I need right now to take good care of myself. On November 17th I thought of every way possible to commit suicide ... from wrapping a belt around my neck to just running my car into an electric pole. Thank God I have a support system and a HUSBAND and a DAUGHTER. Thank God I am self aware I'm seeking treatment and I WILL get better. Anyone feeling alone you ARE NOT ALONE! This world needs all of us! We are all here for a reason."

In 2016, Catelynn spent time at a treatment facility in Arizona to treat postpartum depression and anxiety after giving birth to Novalee "Nova" Reign, her second daughter with Tyler Baltierra, on August 22, 2015. The couple, who was married in 2015, welcomed their first daughter Carly when they were 16 years old and placed her for adoption.
